Learn more at superhuman.com and about our values here. The Opportunity As a Sourcer you'll be an essential part of our Recruiting Team. You'll drive our top of the funnel strategy, including sourcing, pitching, branding, and other innovative programs. You'll create strategies for the teams you support and will help build important projects for the team. You'll work with every part of the non-engineering business to build diverse and successful teams. You'll report directly to our Head of Business Recruiting. In this role you will:  Create hiring strategies and pipeline for our most critical roles in the business Build a deep understanding of our teams, and create relationships with those team members and hiring managers Regularly analyze and report on our sourcing pipeline to hiring managers Research, identify, and develop relationships with prospective candidates through targeted research, passive outreach, industry networking, and creative sourcing efforts Develop our employment brand and use it to improve inbound interest for Grammarly Develop diversity and inclusion programs Evaluate sourced candidates Own outbound efforts including career fairs, tech talks, conferences, and sourcing Collaborate with the broader team to implement company-wide events and policies to build a united culture around our values Qualifications You are conscientious and motivated You have a passion for providing outstanding candidate experiences You communicate well with others You enjoy learning and have the ability to pattern-match and improve on ideas You have a Bachelor's degree You have at least 5 years of relevant experience Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below by compensation zone and may be modified in the future.
