Program Management: Own schedule for audio systems and component prototyping and approval for product integration Supplier Management: Manage the entire audio supplier lifecycle, from identification and qualification to managing technical relationships and driving continuous improvement. New Product Introduction (NPI): Lead the technical and operational readiness of audio suppliers, owning the schedule from early engineering prototypes through mass production. System Architecture: Collaborate with Sesame's internal audio, design, and algorithm teams to define system architecture and technical requirements. Quality & Problem Solving: Drive supplier quality by developing and validating manufacturing processes, implementing quality plans, and leading root-cause analysis for all technical issues. Expert in FMEA and fishbone driving process improvements. Testing & Validation: Manage all audio test plans, including the design and fabrication of prototype test systems and the selection of internal or external test partners.
