Werden Sie Teil eines hochmotivierten Teams, das lokale Stärken in Balzheim, Deutschland mit dem globalen Wissen und den Werten der Plansee Gruppe verbindet.      Ablauf und Inhalt der Ausbildung: Beginn: September 2026 Dauer: 3,5 Jahre (Verkürzung auf 3 Jahre möglich) Berufsschule: Ulm Deine Aufgaben: Bearbeitung von Werkstücken mit Hilfe spannender Bearbeitungsverfahren wie Drehen, Fräsen und Schleifen auf den Tausendstelmillimeter genau Herstellung, Instandhaltung und Überwachung von technischen Systemen Einrichtung, Umrüstung und Inbetriebnahme von Produktionsanlagen Bedienen von computergesteuerten Bearbeitungsmaschinen   Dein Profil: Sehr guter Hauptschulabschluss oder höherer Schulabschluss Interesse an Werkzeugen, Maschinen und Anlagen Handwerkliches/ technisches Geschick sowie räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen Freude am Lernen und Arbeiten im Team Freundlichkeit, Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit   Starke Vorteile: Ein sicherer Arbeitsplatz in einem international agierenden Unternehmen 35 Stunden Arbeitswoche bei 30 Tagen Erholungsurlaub mit attraktiver Ausbildungsvergütung (13.
