Werden Sie Teil eines hochmotivierten Teams, das lokale Stärken in Kempten, Deutschland mit dem globalen Wissen und den Werten der Plansee Gruppe verbindet.  Ihre Aufgaben: Auswahl, Implementierung und Entwicklung strategischer Logistikpartner in den Bereichen Land / Luft / See / KEP für internationale Versandstellen zur Sicherung weltweiterer Warenflüsse Sicherstellung von Standards, KPI-Steuerung und Berichtswesen für interne und externe Stakeholder Durchführung von Frachtausschreibungen, Verhandlungen und Kostenkontrolle Mitwirkung an internationalen Logistikprojekten und Distributionskonzepten Ansprechpartnerfunktion für Logistiklösungen und Störungsmanagement in globalen Transportketten Ihr Profil: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes BWL-Studium mit Schwerpunkt Logistik bzw. eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung und mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung, verbunden mit einer fachspezifischen Weiterbildung Fähigkeit aus prozessorientiertem Handeln und Denken internationale Standards zu entwickeln Sehr sicherer Umgang mit SAP sowie MS-Office Programmen, insbesondere Excel Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Reisebereitschaft Starke Vorteile : Attraktives Gehaltspaket, Zuschuss zur betrieblichen Altersvorsorge und VWL Modernes Arbeitsumfeld mit neuesten Technologien und ergonomischen Arbeitsplätzen Täglich vergünstigte & gesunde Verpflegung in der Betriebskantine sowie kostenloses Wasser, Obst und Kaffee Sport- und Gesundheitsangebote (u.a.
