In this role, you will be the central interface between our international customers, internal departments, and sales companies. If you enjoy organization, communication, and project work, you are exactly right with us! Creation, processing, and monitoring of orders, quotations, and contracts in an international environment Back-office support for our Global (Key) Account customers Project management for international customer projects Support for the field sales team and international sales companies (e.g., customer and market analyses, evaluations) Monitoring delivery times, adherence to deadlines, and shipping processes, as well as handling returns and restocking Acting as a substitute for other customer service representatives and taking on special tasks as assigned by the team leader Your Profile: Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification Professional experience in international customer service or project management is desirable Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage Confident use of MS-Office and ideally experience with ERP systems (SAP) High service orientation, enjoyment of working in an international environment, strong communication skills, organizational talent, and team spirit Strong Benefits: Collaboration with global customers and international sales companies Combination of customer service and project management with a high level of responsibility Flexible working hours & home office option Professional and personal development through internal and external training Responsible tasks, a dynamic team, and a very good working atmosphere The position can be filled at any location of the Ceratizit Group across Europe.
