Werden Sie Teil eines hochmotivierten Teams, das lokale Stärken in Reutte, Österreich mit dem globalen Wissen und den Werten der Plansee Gruppe verbindet.      Start: ab Mitte Februar 2026 Dauer: zwischen 5 - 6 Monaten Ihre Aufgaben: Projektarbeit rund um unsere Employer-Branding-Strategie Zusammenarbeit mit externen Agenturen & Schnittstelle zu anderen HR-Kolleg:innen, z. B. Recruiting Unterstützung im Bereich der Website sowie im administrativen Tagesgeschäft Unterstützung bei der Organisation, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Employer Branding Veranstaltungen, Karrieremessen und Führungen, sowie Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Fotoshootings Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen Ihr Profil: Laufendes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Kommunikation, Marketing oder Medien Kommunikatives Organisationstalent Spaß an proaktivem und selbstständigem Arbeiten Teamplayer Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch fließend Starke Vorteile: Spannende Aufgaben, ein dynamisches Team und ein sehr gutes Betriebsklima Schnell Verantwortung übernehmen, Gestaltungsraum für eigene Ideen und kurze Entscheidungswege Ein respektvoller Umgang und ein lockeres Umfeld - wir sind fast alle per du Interessante Karrierechancen in der Plansee Group mit 4 starken Unternehmen an über 50 Standorten auf der ganzen Welt Was uns speziell freut: 4 von 5 empfehlen Plansee ihren Freunden Für diese Position bieten wir ein monatliches Entgelt von mindestens € 2.240,-- brutto bei Vollzeit und 14 Bezügen.
