Sie sind Expert:in und Ansprechpartner:in für interne und externe technische Fragestellungen und bilden die Schnittstelle zwischen Entwicklung, Produktion und Kunde. Ihre Aufgaben: Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Forschung & Entwicklung, Produktion, Vertrieb, Kunden, Business Development sowie externen Partnern Zu den Anwendungsgebieten gehören Produkte für die Glasindustrie, der Formgebungstechnik sowie Sicherheit und Verteidigung Koordination von Prototypenfertigung, Produktüberleitungen und Qualifizierung von Neuprodukten Expert:in und Ansprechpartner:in für technische Fragen von Kunden, Vertrieb und Produktion Systematischer Kompetenzaufbau: Materialien, Fertigungstechnologien, Anwendungen und Patentüberwachung Ihr Profil: Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium mit mehrjähriger einschlägiger Berufserfahrung oder Promotion in Werkstoffwissenschaften/Materialwissenschaften; idealerweise Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Metallurgie, Refraktärmetalle, Beschichtungstechnik und Wechselwirkung mit korrosiven Medien Systematische und selbstständige Arbeitsweise, hohe Zielorientierung, Qualitätsbewusstsein, sowie Erfahrung im Projekt- und Prozessmanagement erwünscht Kreative, proaktive und teamfähige Persönlichkeit mit hoher Kommunikationsstärke im multinationalen Umfeld Interesse an vielfältigen Kundenanwendungen, Problemstellungen und der Entwicklung von Lösungsansätzen Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch sowie Reisebereitschaft Starke Vorteile : Verantwortungsvolle Aufgaben und Integration in ein starkes Team Gestaltungsraum für eigene Ideen und kurze Entscheidungswege Individuelle Vereinbarung für Homeoffice in begrenztem Ausmaß Wir fördern interne und externe Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten Sehr attraktiver Bike-Leasing Service mit bezuschusster Premium Versicherung sowie kostenlose Sportangebote, bspw.
