Start ab sofort in Voll- oder Teilzeit (min. 20 Wochenstunden) möglich . Ihre Aufgaben: Rekrutierung und Zuteilung von Ferialarbeiter:innen Stammdatenaufbau und Endabrechnung in myHR bzw. SAP Kommunikation zwischen Führungskräften und Ferialarbeiter:innen Unterstützung bei Digitalisierungsprojekten Unterstützung in diversen Mobilitätsthemen Ihr Profil: Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Matura (z.B. HAK, HLW) bzw. laufendes oder geplantes Studium der Wirtschafts- oder Sozialwissenschaften, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Marketing, Vertrieb oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang Kommunikative, detailverliebte und organisierte Persönlichkeit Freude an Organisation und Koordination Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) Starke Vorteile: Faszinierende Aufgaben rund um die Verarbeitung der stärksten Metalle der Welt Einblicke in operative Themen eines international agierenden Unternehmens Verantwortungsvolle Aufgaben, ein dynamisches Team und ein sehr gutes Betriebsklima Täglich frische und gesunde Verpflegung in der werksinternen Kantine Für diese Position beträgt das Entgelt bei Erfüllung der Anforderungen nach Kollektivvertrag Metall (E) € 3.396,21 brutto pro Monat bei Vollzeit.
