Rejoignez une équipe très motivée à Saint-Pierre-en-Faucigny, en France, où l'expertise locale s'associe au savoir-faire et aux valeurs internationales du groupe Plansee.     Vos missions : Affecté au service méthode d'une ligne de production, les principales missions se concentrent sur le développement des gammes d'usinage (tournage et tournage-fraisage) de nouveaux produits et sur la participation aux actions d'amélioration au niveau du tournage et tournage-fraisage Etudier la faisabilité des produits et définir les méthodes d’usinage et de contrôle appropriés Définir les équipements, les outillages et les programmes CN nécessaires à l’usinage (tournage et fraisage) et au contrôle des produits Elaborer les programmes d’usinage CN, réaliser les premières pièces et suivre les démarrages grande série des nouvelles pièces complexes (principalement tournage) Optimiser et standardiser les opérations d’usinages en tournage sur moyennes/grandes séries (SMED, optimisation temps de cycle,..)
