As a Senior Systems Engineer , you’ll play a key role in shaping complex systems from concept to delivery, collaborating with top-tier engineering teams and contributing to projects that make a real difference. What You’ll Do Apply sound Systems Engineering principles across the full lifecycle. Develop and manage requirements for systems, subsystems, and components. Support system reviews (SDR, PDR, DDR, TRR) and prepare technical briefing materials. Ensure compliance with quality standards, change management, and documentation processes. Manage interface design descriptions for internal and external systems. Oversee integration, validation, and verification activities. Review OEM documentation and subcontract deliverables for compliance. Develop and review acceptance test procedures and reports. Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred). 4+ years of experience in Systems Engineering or Requirements Management . Strong understanding of the Systems Engineering Lifecycle and tools like DOORS NG . Experience in defence, aerospace, transport, or similar regulated environments. Proven ability to manage V&V programs and apply military/commercial standards. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Self-starter with adaptability and a proactive mindset. Bonus Skills Chartered Engineer (CPEng) or National Engineering Register (NER) accreditation. Knowledge of V&V Engineering, ILS Engineering, and risk mitigation strategies. Awareness of whole-system design issues (environmental, EMC, safety, human factors). Why Join Us?
