The Global Fuel Logistics team is one of our strongest competitive advantages—combining customer service, sales support, and operational coordination for our worldwide customer base. This fast‑paced role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy problem‑solving, and excel at supporting customers with professionalism and urgency. What You Will Do In this role, you will manage a wide range of activities, including: Providing exceptional customer service to aviation clients around the world. Handling high volumes of phone calls and emails daily. Monitoring global fuel availability and reacting quickly to shortages or supply changes. Coordinating closely with Sales, Credit, Collections, Supply, Billing, and other internal teams. Building relationships with prospective customers (with support from senior team members). Managing a small portfolio of customer accounts to grow volume and profitability. Understanding diverse customer needs with cultural awareness and empathy. What You Bring A proactive, “can‑do” customer service mindset. Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with customers worldwide. Ability to manage a fast-moving workload and prioritise effectively. Willingness to make outbound calls and build new customer relationships.
