About the Role In this position, you will: Engage with homeowners in local neighborhoods through direct, in-person outreach Introduce our remodeling services and special offers through friendly and informative conversation Generate interest and schedule our free in-home product demonstrations – no selling required! Represent one of the highest rated brands in the industry Use this experience as a stepping-stone into a career in management or furthering your sales career What We Offer Base hourly pay plus uncapped performance bonuses Average first year earnings: $55k-$75k/yr Top reps earn $85k+/yr Consistent M-F schedule PTO available on Day 1! Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision Key Qualifications No experience required!
