Our core team mission in the Playable Ads team is to create engaging and interactive advertising experiences that captivate audiences and drive conversions. We work with playable developers and coordinators that turn a game into a HTML interactive ad experience. Your main mission will be to produce high-performing ads by creating and uploading them to our different networks. Role We are looking for amazing individuals interested in creating playable ads for users to be able to try out our games! To succeed in this role, you need extensive Unity development experience with a past of creating unique user experiences for a global audience. You will be converting existing games into playable games and furthermore collaborating with the creation of tools for other interactive ad formats. Transform existing games into interactive user experiences with Unity, using specific platform that can convert Unity projects into playables Optimize playable ads for best user experience, scalability and adaptability Integrate an analytics solution to measure interactions and get insight to offer the best user experience Build interactive playable templates, customizable by any graphic designer Contribute to transversal initiatives (e.g. testing new tools, implementing new processes, etc.) Develop a deep understanding of how your creations perform and why Work within a small creative squad with amazing people from diverse backgrounds and nationalities Have the opportunity to cover different product scopes (e.g., hyper casual, casual, consumer apps, etc.) Become a creative expert in mobile gaming: benchmark what our competitors are doing, experiment with new ideas Profile Fully proficient with playable ads creation and Unity projects (size optimized to be used as playable) Adequate knowledge of objects oriented programming and web game development Proactive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills Fluent in English, both oral and written At least 3+ year of experience in a similar role Deeply familiar with the mobile gaming market, in particular, hyper casual and casual games Creative mindset and knowledge in game design Familiarity with 3rd party SDKs, analytics, and A/B testing in mobile games (preferred but not essential) Benefits Competitive salary Premium healthcare (SideCare) for you and your family 100% borne by Voodoo Swile Lunch voucher Gymlib (100% borne by Voodoo) Wellness activities in our Paris office Flexible vacation policy Remote days Child daycare facilities (Les Petits Chaperons rouges)
