Minimum Requirements Completion of a four-year baccalaureate degree. Candidates must be AOC board eligible with demonstration of passing scores on written, oral and practical board examinations within two years. Current CPR certification - Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers through American Heart or American Red Cross is required. The ability to represent the organization and serve consumers in a professional manner and promote a positive image of the organization and its services. Interpersonal and communication skills necessary to work collaboratively with coworkers, physicians, children, and their families. Physical ability to walk and/or stand for extended periods of time to perform or assist with patient care procedures. Frequently bends, lifts, twists, reaches, and squats. Occasionally push/pulls and does overhead work. This role is eligible for a $2500 bonus paid out after successful completion of your introductory period as well as an additional $2500. paid out after successful completion of six months with Children’s. This position will travel between Children's Main Campus in Milwaukee, Mequon and New Berlin. The hours for this role are: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm.
