Critical Care float nurses float to our PICU's, NICU and EDTC. prefer candidates with at least 1 year critical care RN experience. Pediatric experience preferred. Full time orientation will be required up to 6 months depending on experience level. will consider new grads - Full-time orientation for 6 months, and need to schedule at least 24 hours/week for the first year following orientation. Prefer new grad candidates with 1 year hospital patient care experience outside of school. PRN positions have premium pay plus shift differentials and float differential but no benefits Responsibilities include being a partner in the care management team, providing coordination and management of patient care to pediatric patients and families within a continuum of care and delegating patient activities as appropriate within a care management assignment. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing in order to meet the recommended entry level for a professional nurse (or equivalent academic and/or professional experience).
