Please follow this link for a closer look at what it’s like to work at Children’s Wisconsin:   https://www.instagram.com/lifeatcw/ **This position is located at Summit Place but does require regular car travel to counties in Southeastern Wisconsin.** Conducts psychosocial/mental status evaluation of children in Care4Kids program via use of clinical interview and other examination techniques under the supervision of a psychiatrist or psychologist. Establishes DSM-V diagnoses and case formulation. Responsibilities and Requirements Requires a Master's Degree from an accredited school of social work, counseling or related fields (with specialized training in psychiatric social work with children and their families). Education and training in psychodiagnostics and therapeutic techniques in developmental psychology, personality theory, behavior modification and psychopathology. 3,000 hours post-master's degree supervised psychotherapy experience required. Requires a valid driver's license. Requires licensure as an LPC, MFT, or LCSW. This is a full-time position, M-F located at Summit Place. Summit Place is at 6737 West Washington St., Milwaukee, WI 53214. Please also note that this position does require regular car travel to counties in Southeastern Wisconsin. We are ideally seeking someone who has experience using counseling skills for trauma-impacted youth, the ability to identify home programming ideas for families, psychoeducation knowledge, and who has worked within an interdisciplinary team.
