Uses judgment and discretion to solve a variety of complex office related situations. Interacts with staff at all levels in a fast paced business environment while remaining flexible and efficient with a high degree of professionalism. Performs analysis and makes recommendations from a variety of department related data. Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent, Associate Degree preferred. A minimum of 3+ years experience of related Healthcare experience preferred. Advanced personal computer and word processing skills including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and other Windows-based applications (MS Project, Visio, Peoplesoft etc). Previous experience with project management preferred. Must be able to function in a dynamic environment subject to impromptu changes in schedules and priorities. Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to work effectively with professional staff, medical staff, all levels of management, and maintain confidential information. This is a part-time position, working 20 hours/week. We are flexible on the days of the week in which this individual can work.
