Maintains relationships with key donors, volunteers and sponsors as well as significant Community Event organizers.  Organizes and leads on fundraising, cultivation, stewardship and recognition events.  Requires a bachelor’s degree and five year(s) special events and volunteer management experience OR high school diploma and seven year(s) of special events and volunteer management experience. Experience and comfort facilitating committee meetings. Demonstrates initiative and problem-solving in absence of supervisor(s).  Demonstrates ability to make independent decisions as necessary. The ability to work on several projects concurrently, and possess excellent communication, organizational and creative thinking skills. Ability to work independently but also function well as part of a team. Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments from a variety of staff and volunteers.
