Location & Hours: Remote: Position will be remote with the flexibility to come onsite to attend occasional meetings and community events Hours: Casual Position: Minimum 20 hours required with the ability to flex up based on organizational needs NOTE: This position is NOT  benefits eligible. E ducation & Experience: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent knowledge) in Human Resources or other related field. Requires 3 or more years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR operations experience, preferably for a large complex organization. Healthcare experience preferred. ​ Skills: Exhibits guiding behaviors that reflect Children's values and support our mission and vision. Thorough understanding of Talent Acquisition processes and best practices. Demonstrated knowledge surrounding applicant tracking and HR systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft or others. Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word) Ability to multi-task and support various client groups. Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills necessary to interact with staff and leaders at all levels of the organization and candidates. Requires attention to detail and analytical skills necessary to evaluate situations and to take appropriate action. Ability to prioritize and organize work to meet expectations and provide timely services.
