Benefits Eligible Full-Time Benefit Eligible Work Shift Variable - 8 Hour or less Shift (United States of America) Department 8481 ISS Technical Services Provides second level support to end users and their devices. Documents requests and escalates to third level support if needed. QUALIFICATIONS Experience Required: Two years of Information Systems experience, and Microsoft Certified Professional or Cisco CCENT; or One year of Information Systems experience plus college AA degree, and Microsoft Certified Professional or Cisco CCENT; or One year of Information Systems experience in a Healthcare field and Microsoft Certified Professional; or Four years of Information Systems experience. Department Specific Requirements If assigned to KD main campus: must be willing to travel throughout the Kaweah Health. Must have a valid California Drivers License, transportation, and auto insurance. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Essential Uses all workstation, network, phone, printer and fax standards and procedures. Performs maintenance activities to enhance workstation, network, phone, printer and fax hardware. Provides assistance to confirm workstation, network, phone, printer and fax application problems. Performs on-call ISS technical support services to provide the hospital with 24 x 7 technical support. Ability to work non-standard and extended hours during project implementations. Additional Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care and services appropriate to the population served on the assigned unit or work area. Performs other duties as assigned.
