At Children's Wisconsin, we are dedicated to providing compassionate and top-notch healthcare to children and families of our community. Our team of professionals work tirelessly to ensure that children receive the best care possible. Under the direction of the Special Imaging Manager, operates computerized tomography (CT) scanner to obtain quality images for use by physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of pathologies. Positions patients for procedures, prepares radiopaque media, operates scanner, and manipulates images to better demonstrate anatomical structures. Maintains proper documentation, provides a thorough history, and communicates effectively with the Radiologist. Requires completion of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology and must be registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT). Requires a current State of Wisconsin license as a Radiologic Technologist. Must be ARRT (CT) certified within 24 months of hire and remain current with this registry. Current CPR certification - Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers through American Heart or American Red Cross is required. Six to twelve months of related experience preferred. Eligible for $15,000 sign on bonus, a night bonus program, night shift differentials and full time benefits! Hours: schedule runs Wednesday through Tuesday Weekday - 9:30pm-6:30am Weekend - 7pm-7am No call required for this position, when fully staffed.
