Job Description Summary Dans le cadre de l’installation sur site des produits finis GIS, il forme et supervise les équipes de montage sur les chantiers, pour garantir la qualité et dans le respect des règles de sécurité, afin de délivrer au client un produit fiable et garanti. Job Description - Organiser, coordonner et superviser, de façon autonome, les opérations de montage, d'essais et de mise en service des sous-stations HT dans un souci permanent de qualité, de sécurité, de délai, et d’optimisation des coûts - Former les équipes locales aux opérations de montage GIS conformément aux standards qualité et sécurité GE ; signaler les dérives sécurité au chef de chantier, au PM et à la hiérarchie - Connaitre et appliquer les règles et procédures de sécurité liées aux activités à hauts risques définies par GE - Pour superviseur Monitoring : assurer l’installation et le commissioning des systèmes monitoring (Bwatch, PdWatch et RPH) selon les standards Qualité et sécurité Formation et expérience Jeune ingénieur avec une première expérience à l'international ou Technicien Supérieur en Electrotechnique avec 5 ans d'expérience similaire Connaissances requises - Bonnes connaissances en mécanique, en électricité, en hydraulique - Maitrise des outils informatiques ; MS Office, MS Project - Maitrise de l’anglais Les qualités attendues pour ce poste sont : - Autonomie, esprit d'initiative et de décision - Rigueur, excellente capacité d'organisation, - Forte capacité à anticiper et à travailler en équipe, - Bonne expression écrite - Très bon relationnel avec du personnel multiculturel. Des déplacements à l'étranger sont à prévoir (entre 75 et 80% à l'année). Il s'agit de se déplacer pour des missions de 2 - 3 mois en Europe. La différence crée l’énergie.
