Job Description Summary Job Description Job Description Contributes to the activities of the teams across rotational assignments paired with formal classroom studies. Partners with teams from within the business unit to specify needs, communicates about project approach and presents outcomes. Analyse the quality and operation performance data, finding the opportunity for improvement Support the production operator and quality inspector in the workshop, to help them improve the procedure and WI compliance Perform the Quality Management System and Process Assessment, also the plant Quality Maturity Assessment, follow up the deviations actions and verify the effectiveness Desired Characteristics Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Bachelor’s degree and Major in mechanical engineering, chemical or composite material is preferable. Fluent in English (spoken and written)
