Ce poste vous offrira l’opportunité de développer votre expertise technique sur l’ensemble des sites internationaux du groupe dédiés à l’industrie des pales d’éolienne, tout en travaillant selon les standards les plus élevés de ce secteur au sein d’un groupe d’envergure mondiale. Êtes-vous prêts à participer à un défi insolite de 107 mètres de long ? Job Description Vos missions principales : 🔍 Optimisation des processus & qualité Définition des plans d’action sur la base des données de qualité (suivi des défauts) en collaboration avec les équipes Lean, Qualité et Production. Analyse des défauts et identification des axes d’amélioration. 📊 Analyse et impact des actions Quantification des bénéfices des plans d’action par rapport aux ressources nécessaires (réduction des défauts, amélioration du temps de cycle). Mesure de l’impact des actions mises en place et formalisation des résultats. 📖 Standardisation et amélioration continue Support à la simplification et à la standardisation des instructions de travail. Participation à la mise en place de bonnes pratiques industrielles. ⚠ Sécurité et ergonomie Intégration des contraintes de sécurité dans toutes les activités (utilisation de produits chimiques, outils mécaniques, ergonomie).
