Job Description Summary Activités contribuant à la conception et à l'approvisionnement des systèmes BOP électriques. Inclut les activités liées à la conception préliminaire, de base et détaillée de divers ensembles EBOP pour centrales hydroélectriques. Pilotage des activités de conception et d'exécution de projet au sein d'une discipline opérationnelle régie par des pratiques et procédures fonctionnelles standard afin de maintenir les indicateurs clés de performance de l'organisation. Activities contributing to the design and procurement of Electrical BOP systems. Includes activities linked to conceptual, basic and detail design of various EBOP packages for Hydro Power Plant. Leading the project execution design activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures to maintain KPI of the organization. Job Description Rôles and Responsabilités Activités: Travailler sur les ensembles EBOP (transformateur, GIS, poste de transformation, barres omnibus, système de distribution, câbles, mise à la terre, etc.). Réaliser la conception de base et détaillée des ensembles EBOP. Évaluer les offres, interagir avec les fournisseurs et analyser les propositions. Gérer les risques et les opportunités liés à l'ensemble. Garantir la livraison des documents dans les délais. Identifier les obstacles et prendre les mesures nécessaires pour les surmonter en remontant les problèmes. Maîtriser et appliquer les processus de conception. Participer aux réunions techniques avec le client. Connaître les interfaces des ensembles BOP électriques entre eux et avec les autres fonctions. Garantir la conformité des interfaces dans les projets. Être capable de formuler des hypothèses à partir de l'expérience et d'adopter une attitude positive. Être capable de coordonner efficacement le travail des intervenants (contractuels, fournisseurs et autres parties prenantes). Qualifications requises Ingénieur électricien possédant 8 à 12 ans d'expérience dans la conception de centrales hydroélectriques EBOP et une excellente connaissance de tous les systèmes EBOP. Membre de l'OIQ   Compétences comportementales et techniques: Sens du service client et respect des délais de livraison. Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais (écrit et oral). La maîtrise de la suite MS Office et d'AutoCAD, ainsi que la connaissance d'ETAP, des études de systèmes et des paramètres de protection, seraient un atout. English: Roles and Responsibilities Activities: To work on EBOP packages – Transformer, GIS, Switchyard, Busduct, Distribution system, cable, grounding etc. Do basic and detail design of EBOP packages. Do offer evaluation, interaction with supplier, Bid Evaluation Maintain risk and opportunities in the package Ensure timely deliveries of Documents Identify and take actions to remove roadblock by escalating issues. Understand and apply design processes Attend the technical team in client meetings Knowledge about interfaces of electrical BOP packages with each other and with other functions . Ensuring correct interfaces in the projects. Ability to make assumptions using the experience and reflect positive behaviour. Ability to get the work done from persons working on contract, suppliers and other stake holders. Required Qualifications Electrical Engineer with 8-12 years of experience in EBOP Hydro Power Plant Design, having a good knowledge of all the EBOP packages. OIQ member Behavioral and Technical Skills / Competencies: Customer focus and committed to on time delivery. Good command over English – written & verbal.
