Job Description Responsibilities: Defining and clarifying the project scope in agreement with stakeholders Supervising the implementation in accordance with the established scope Managing the bidding process and supplier acquisition Collaborating with the Sourcing Department in supplier selection Preparing a detailed project implementation schedule Monitoring deadlines and updating the plan in case of changes Regularly reporting project progress to supervisors and stakeholders Highlighting risks and deviations from the plan Placing orders in line with company procedures and project requirements Coordinating the flow of documentation related to orders Qualifications: Higher technical education (preferred fields: civil engineering, architecture, mechanical engineering and machine design, electrical engineering). Knowledge of project management (training or certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, Lean Project Management are a plus) Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in project management in construction, technical installations, or production line commissioning Good command of English (minimum level B2) Familiarity with project planning and control tools (MS Project, SmartSheet or equivalent) Good knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to multitask and work effectively under time pressure Teamwork skills Excellent work organization, flexibility, and independence in task execution Responsibility, commitment, and results-oriented approach Category B driving license We Offer: Employment under an employment contract in an international company with a strong position in the energy market Opportunities for professional development Annual bonus Attraktive holiday bonus Benefits package: group life insurance, medical care packages, MultiSport card, and many more Opportunity to build professional relationships and cooperate with GE employees worldwide Work full of challenges and responsibility Additional Information Relocation Assistance Provided: No
