Job Description Summary Opérateur de production expérimenté (H/F) Job Description Chez GE Vernova Cherbourg, nous développons des pales d'éolienne parmi les plus avancées au monde. Ce poste vous offrira l'opportunité de développer votre expertise technique sur l'ensemble des sites internationaux du groupe dédiés à l'industrie des pales d'éolienne, tout en travaillant selon les standards les plus élevés de ce secteur au sein d'un groupe d'envergure mondiale. Rattaché au Superviseur de production, l'opérateur de production participe à une ou plusieurs étapes de la fabrication du produit en s'assurant du respect des instructions de travail et des standards de sécurité et de qualité. Il est le garant de la bonne tenue de son espace de travail. Il se place dans une démarche permanente d'amélioration continue afin de proposer des solutions d'amélioration sur l'ensemble de son périmètre de travail. Vos missions principales : - Participer à toutes les étapes de production dans le respect des instructions de travail, du niveau de productivité attendu, des standards qualité et des règles EHS. - Savoir identifier et préparer l'ensemble du matériel et des matières premières indispensables à son poste de travail. - Avoir connaissance du planning de production quotidiennement, mais aussi à moyen et long terme, et s'appliquer à atteindre les objectifs fixés. - Communiquer avec les différents supports techniques internes et externes à l'usine. - Proposer des idées d'amélioration continue et contribuer à leur déploiement. - Participer activement aux chantiers 5S, Kaizen, réunions de production ou service support.
