Job Description Summary Job Description Essential Responsibilities: Focus on developing new talent throughout the entire production process. Participate in and coordinate production improvement projects, responsible for project process advancement. English communication skills, assisting supervisors/manager and group personnel. Completing standard English forms. Production process/external personnel support, communication, and coordination. Report directly to the department manager and plan career development. Ability to learn, withstand pressure, adapt to challenging environments, and thrive in challenging situations. Passion for the production floor and the ability to work on the front lines. Reading and understanding of manufacturing instructions and procedures. Respect of safety rules. Qualifications / Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher with experience/knowledge in production, processing, chemical engineering, electromechanical technology, or equivalent. CET-6 English certificate. Regular work hours, occasionally requiring three-shift work (7:00-15:00, 15:00-11:00, 11:00-7:00).
