Job Description Summary This position is to support the EHS and Lean functions in the factory Job Description Role Summary/Purpose: - Support Lean/EHS/Maintenance team about 5S, lean production line, visual management, Check data of line - Hỗ trợ phòng Tinh gọn/EHS/Bảo trì, quản lý trực quan, đo thông số Roles and Responsibilities: •    Observe the data of Line, make standard work of each process/Kiểm tra các thông số của chuyền, lập tiêu chuẩn mỗi công đoạn. •    Support improve line about EHS, quality, capacity, visual management, 5S / Hỗ trợ lập kế hoạch cải tiến chuyền về an toàn, chất lượng, năng suất, hổ trợ quản lý trực quan sản xuất 5S. •    Check, control Lean manufacturing model/ Kiểm tra, theo dõi mô hình sản xuất Lean. Qualifications/Requirements: •    Bachelor’s degree in engineering / tertiary student preferably in Engineering/ Có bằng Đại học hoặc sinh viên chuẩn bị tốt nghiệp ngành điện, cơ khí chế tạo máy, cơ điện tử hoặc các ngành kỹ thuật tương đương. •    Experience in using the MS Office, Windows, Autocad /Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng MS Office, Windows, Autocad. •    Can communicate (Speak, read, write) by basic English / Có thể giao tiếp với đồng nghiệp bằng Tiếng Anh cơ bản. •    Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines /Có khả năng đảm nhiệm nhiều việc cùng lúc và đáp ứng thời hạn giao việc. •    Ability to troubleshoot and resolve multiple issues. /Có kỹ năng khắc phục và và giản quyết nhiều vấn đề. •    Proactive and "can-do" attitude /Có thái độ chủ động và sẵn sàng làm các công việc được giao. •    Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment /Có khả năng làm việc trong môi trường đa văn hoá.
