Job Description Summary Responsible for training, guiding, and evaluating welders from recruitment until they are qualified and handed over to the production shop. Chịu trách nhiệm đào tạo, hướng dẫn và đánh giá thợ hàn từ khi tiếp nhận đến khi đạt yêu cầu và bàn giao cho xưởng sản xuất. Job Description Key Responsibilities / Nhiệm vụ chính: 1. Safety / An toàn Instruct new welders on safety regulations (PPE, fire prevention, confined space, etc.). Hướng dẫn thợ hàn mới các quy định an toàn (bảo hộ cá nhân, phòng cháy, không gian hạn chế…). Guide welders on how to use equipment during welding and training (grinding machine, tungsten grinder, reamer, etc.). Hướng dẫn thợ sử dụng thiết bị trong quá trình hàn và học hàn (máy mài, máy mài kim, máy doa…). Instruct and monitor compliance with Life-Saving Rules (LSR) during training. Hướng dẫn và giám sát việc tuân thủ Nguyên tắc sống còn (LSR) trong quá trình đào tạo. Implement and maintain 5S at the training center. Thực hiện và duy trì 5S tại trung tâm đào tạo. Report and respond promptly to any safety risks or incidents. Báo cáo và xử lý kịp thời các rủi ro hoặc sự cố mất an toàn. 2. Quality / Chất lượng Prepare welding training area: jigs, welding machines, materials, and assembly setup. Chuẩn bị khu vực học hàn: đồ gá, máy hàn, phôi và lắp ráp phôi lên jig để học hàn. Deliver training content according to the welding training program. Triển khai nội dung đào tạo theo chương trình giảng viên hàn hướng dẫn. Conduct daily skill assessments, monitor weld quality, and guide defect correction (e.g., lack of fusion, porosity, root concavity, burn through). Đánh giá tay nghề hàng ngày, theo dõi chất lượng mối hàn, hướng dẫn khắc phục lỗi hàn (thiếu ngấu, rỗ khí, lõm chân, cháy thủng…). Ensure welders pass qualification tests and maintain high first-pass yield (FPY). Đảm bảo thợ hàn vượt qua bài kiểm tra tay nghề và duy trì tỷ lệ đạt ngay lần đầu (FPY) cao. Standardize training methods, welding techniques, and best practices. Chuẩn hóa phương pháp đào tạo, kỹ thuật hàn và các bài thực hành mẫu. Support and evaluate welders’ skill matrix across all production cells. Hỗ trợ và đánh giá skill matrix của thợ hàn ở tất cả các Cell. Enhance skills of existing welders. Nâng cao tay nghề thợ hàn hiện tại. Implement new welding methods if applicable. Triển khai phương pháp hàn mới nếu có. 3. Delivery / Tiến độ Prepare training schedules based on production needs, ensuring timely completion. Lập kế hoạch đào tạo theo yêu cầu sản xuất, đảm bảo hoàn thành đúng tiến độ. Closely monitor trainees to help them quickly reach qualified skill levels. Theo sát thợ học việc để giúp họ nhanh chóng đạt tay nghề đưa vào sản xuất. Coordinate with Production to adjust training plans when necessary. Phối hợp với bộ phận sản xuất để điều chỉnh kế hoạch đào tạo khi cần. 4. Cost / Chi phí Train welders to optimize welding parameters and minimize consumable usage (e.g., filler metal, shielding gas). Hướng dẫn thợ hàn tối ưu thông số hàn, giảm tiêu hao vật tư (que hàn, khí bảo vệ, dây hàn). Reduce costs related to repair, rework, and re-certification through effective training. Giảm chi phí sửa lỗi, hàn lại, thi lại nhờ đào tạo hiệu quả. Control training materials and ensure efficient resource usage. Quản lý vật tư đào tạo, đảm bảo sử dụng tiết kiệm và hợp lý. Continuously improve the training program to reduce training time while maintaining output quality. Liên tục cải tiến chương trình đào tạo để rút ngắn thời gian nhưng vẫn đảm bảo chất lượng đầu ra.   Requirements / Yêu cầu: Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp/Cao đẳng trở lên chuyên ngành Cơ khí, Hàn, Kỹ thuật hoặc các ngành liên quan. Diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Welding Technology, or related technical fields. Có ít nhất 2–3 năm kinh nghiệm thực tế trong lĩnh vực hàn, ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm công tác đào tạo hoặc kiểm tra tay nghề thợ hàn. Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on welding experience; prior experience in training or skill assessment is a plus. Hiểu rõ các phương pháp hàn phổ biến (TIG 6G, GTAW,…) và tiêu chuẩn chất lượng mối hàn. Strong knowledge of common welding methods (TIG 6G, GTAW,…) and weld quality standards. Có khả năng đọc hiểu bản vẽ kỹ thuật, quy trình hàn và tiêu chuẩn kiểm tra chất lượng. Able to read and interpret technical drawings, welding procedures, and quality inspection standards. Kỹ năng giao tiếp, hướng dẫn và truyền đạt tốt; có khả năng làm việc nhóm và phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan. Good communication and instructional skills; team-oriented and collaborative.
