Job Description Summary Job Description Role Summary/Purpose: 职位名称：维修部门管培生（风能叶片生产设备） 部门：工厂维修部门 工作地点：天津市宝坻区 汇报对象：设备经理 职位概述 协助负责风能叶片生产线设备的安装调试、预防性维护、故障维修及优化改进工作，确保部门管辖的设备高效稳定运行；参与TPM（全员生产维护）体系推进及备件国产化项目，支持生产节能降本目标达成。 核心职责 1.    设备管理与维护 o    参与完成进口不饱和树脂叶片生产设备、环氧导注机、合模胶机、CPE等环氧设备的日常点检、保养及维修，参与制定标准化操作流程（SOP）。 o    参与编制设备维护计划，跟踪维护记录，分析设备故障率（MTBF/MTTR），提出改进方案。 o    参与响应产线突发故障，快速诊断并修复设备问题（机械/电气/液压/气动系统），减少停机时间。 2.    TPM与持续改进 o    参与TPM体系落地，推动自主维护、专业维护结合，提升设备综合效率（OEE）。 o    参与识别设备浪费环节（如能源损耗、备件浪费），提出节能降本措施并实施。 3.    参与备件管理与国产化 o    参与优化备件库存管理，建立安全库存预警机制，降低备件资金占用。 o    参与进口备件国产化替代项目，通过技术评估及测试验证，实现成本节约。 4.    项目支持与协作 o    参与新设备安装调试及技术改造项目，完成设备验收及相关生产操作、维修培训。 o    参与及协同生产、工艺、质量部门解决设备相关问题，提升产线整体效能。 5.    培训与文档管理 o    参与编制设备维护手册、故障处理指南（分析报告），组织生产操作人员技能培训。 o    参与完善设备技术档案，记录设备生命周期数据（如维修历史、改造记录）。 任职要求 1.    教育背景 o    本科及以上学历，机械设计制造及其自动化、电气工程、电气自动化等机电一体化等相关专业。 2.    能力素质 o    具有较强的动手能力与问题分析、解决能力，能适应产线倒班及紧急抢修工作节奏。 o    良好的跨部门沟通及协作能力，能推动设备改进方案落地。 o    英语具有一定的书面及口语沟通能力。 Additional Information Relocation Assistance Provided: No
