Job Description Summary A partir des dossiers de fabrication fournis, constituer l’isolation masse de la bobine en isolant le cuivre élémentairement isolé, en garantissant la qualité et la conformité des travaux réalisés dans le respect des délais impartis et des règles de sécurité en vigueur Job Description Organisation du poste de travail et entretien de l’environnement de travail Organiser son poste de travail Appliquer et maintenir les standards 5S sur son poste de travail Effectuer la maintenance 1er niveau Réalisation des différentes phases d’isolation manuelles à partir des gammes de travail et BOBSTARI Préparer le poste de travail : identifier les temps nécessaires, le nombre de bobines à isoler par jour, le type de ruban Procéder aux différentes opérations préparatoires (connexions, étanchéité, renforts) Procéder à l’isolation des têtes de bobine Poser le ruban mica et si applicable les rubans conducteurs ou semi-conducteur Appliquer le ruban de finition Réaliser le lacetage des connexions Remplir la fiche de suivi de la première bobine et les fiches d’auto-contrôle de chaque bobine Réalisation des différentes phases d’isolation au robot à partir des gammes de travail et BOBSTARI Préparer le poste de travail : identifier les temps nécessaires, le nombre de bobines à isoler par jour, le type de ruban Rappeler les réglages de la machine (programme et réglage mécanique) Calculer le positionnement de départ du ruban conducteur Dérouler le processus d’isolation Remplir la fiche de suivi de la première bobine et vérifier les fiches d’auto-contrôle de chaque bobine Vérifier visuellement les bobines et rectifier les éventuels défauts Entretien et maintenance de premier niveau sur des machines de production selon une check-list préétablie Transmission de connaissances / Formation si aptitude reconnue Proposer des améliorations éventuelles sur le processus  Additional Information Relocation Assistance Provided: No
