Job Description Contexte : Besoin de support pour renforcer le système de management des opérations Missions confiées : Votre mission sera d’assister, de manière polyvalente, l’équipe Amélioration Continue sur les différents projets : Standardisation et déploiement des supports du pilotage de la performance (AIC) et de l’affichage 5S, Accompagner les équipes dans la résolution de problèmes (outils LEAN : A3, PDCA…), Développement des outils supports au process (plan d’action smartsheet) Compétences spécifiques requises : Une connaissance des outils et méthodes Lean type 5S, chantier kaizen. Une première expérience en gestion de projet, Une connaissance des outils de l’amélioration continue, Une compétence d’analyse et de synthèse, Une maitrise des bases Excel Qualités requises : Rigoureux(se), curieux(se) et autonome, Doté(e) d'un sens relationnel et bonne capacité de communication, Prise de parole en public, Autonomie, Dynamisme/Motivation, Leadership, Un désir d’apprendre et de monter en compétences dans le domaine du Lean Management Faire preuve de dynamisme et avoir une démarche proactive.
