Job Description Summary Job Description L'objectif principal de ce poste en stage est de contribuer à la standardisation et à la formalisation des processus de planning de production. Le/la candidat(e) travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les équipes planning, BOM, approvisionnement et production pour optimiser l'efficacité et assurer la cohérence des opérations. Description de l'emploi Description de l'emploi Fonctions et responsabilités au poste  Nous recherchons un stagiaire capable de : Participer à l'analyse et à la documentation des processus existants de planning de production. Collaborer avec différents départements pour identifier les opportunités d'amélioration et proposer des solutions adaptées. Aider à la mise en œuvre de procédures standardisées et à la création de guides et de manuels de référence. Suivre les indicateurs de performance clés pour évaluer l'efficacité des processus mis en place. Assister dans la planification quotidienne et le suivi des opérations de production. Compétences requises Technique Compréhension des principes de gestion de la production et de la logistique. Capacité à analyser les processus et à proposer des améliorations. Informatique Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Connaissance des logiciels de gestion de production (ERP, MES) est un atout. Comportements professionnels Esprit analytique et rigoureux. Capacité à travailler en équipe et à communiquer efficacement. Autonomie et proactivité. Langues Maîtrise du français, à l’oral et à l’écrit. Maîtrise de l’anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit. Formations et expérience requises Actuellement en formation Bac+3/Bac+4 en gestion de production, logistique, ou en ingénierie industrielle.
