Job Description Summary GE Vernova のテクノロジーは世界の電力の約30％を生み出しております。 日本における電力の安定供給を確保し、発電分野の効率的かつ迅速なCO2排出削減を達成するミッションを果たすため、大型火力発電用ガスタービンエンジン部品を修理する工場の分解組立て工としてご担当いただきます。 Job Description TGTSは、火力発電向けガスタービンエンジン部品の修理を手掛ける、GE Vernovaと東芝の合弁企業です。世界の発電用ガスタービン市場で約1/3のシェアを持ち、修理工場を世界に約8拠点展開。グローバルなネットワークを活用し、「センター・オブ・エクセレンス（CoE）」アプローチにより、高品質で一貫した修理サービスを提供しています。 TGTSは、最新の当社製ガスタービンに対応し、北米地域を除く全地域をカバーする重要な拠点として機能しています。分解組立て工として、次の各種業務に従事していただきます。 【 仕事内容 】 作業指示に従って 火力発電用ガスタービン修理 部品の分解・組立・表面処理作業及びその作業に付随するマスキング作業 製品の品質を確保し、機器の保守、校正作業、計画された日程に従って生産量 / ペースの調整、設備及び作業場の清掃の実施 EHS ・品質管理及びその他ルールを順守・積極的な協力 仕事の負荷により他工程をサポートするための多工程スキルの習得 修理部品、治工具及び材料等の移送や設置等の作業のためのクレーン操作／リフター操作 【歓迎条件】 エア工具・検査等の実務経験が好ましい 粉塵作業・砥石交換・床上操作ｸﾚｰﾝ・玉掛け・ロボット・フォークリフト・アーク溶接等資格取得者が望ましいが弊社での取得も可能 ​【 就業時間 】 工場負荷の情況により２交代制、３交代制に対応できる人が好ましい 【入社後の流れ】 ▼まずは各作業に関する安全手順を、座学研修にてしっかりと学んでいただきます。 ▼その後は、先輩社員と一緒に現場でのOJT研修に取り組みながら、実務を通じて各工程のスキルを習得していきます。 ▼スキルを習得した後は、さらなる技術向上を目指して経験を積み、資格取得にも挑戦していただきます。資格取得に関しては会社が全額負担いたしますので、安心してステップアップを目指してください。 【ここがポイント！】 ☆万全の教育体制と先輩のサポートのもと、自分のペースで仕事を覚えていけます。 ☆世界トップシェアを誇るGEベルノバ社製のガスタービンに携わりながら、最先端の技術とスキルを実務を通じて習得できる環境です！ 【資格取得例】 ◎フォークリフト免許 ◎非破壊検査技術者 ◎玉掛け ◎アーク溶接 など30種類以上の資格を会社全額負担で取得できます。 【こんな方とお会いしたいと思っています】 ▼モノづくりが好きな方 ▼手に職を付けて働いていきたい方 ◇ 基礎から丁寧に学べる研修制度が整っています。 未経験の方も安心してご応募ください！ Additional Information Relocation Assistance Provided: No
