Job Description Responsabilités : Sous la responsabilité du directeur de l’usine, le directeur en amélioration continue aura les responsabilités suivantes : Appliquer le plan stratégique et opérationnel de production Lean; Assurer l’amélioration continue des processus avec un souci de productivité et de compétitivité; Mettre en place des changements organisationnels nécessaires pour en atteindre les objectifs financiers; Dresser une liste de projets d’amélioration et faire le suivi des priorités en fonction des systèmes de production Lean; Créer les objectifs, plans, échéanciers, budgets et mesures d’évaluation de la réussite pour chaque projet afin d’améliorer les processus existants; Assurer la gestion d’une équipe d’amélioration continue ; Augmenter la productivité en éliminant les obstacles au rendement et en prenant les devants en matière de gestion du changement et de soutien technique; Offrir une formation et un accompagnement à tous les employés relativement aux concepts Lean et d’amélioration continue; Prendre toute mesure corrective nécessaire pour maintenir la qualité des processus; Responsibilities: Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for: Implementing the Lean production strategic and operational plan; Ensuring continuous process improvement with a focus on productivity and competitiveness; Implementing the organizational changes necessary to achieve financial objectives; Developing a list of improvement projects and tracking priorities based on Lean production systems; Creating objectives, plans, timelines, budgets, and success metrics for each project to improve existing processes; Managing a continuous improvement team; Increasing productivity by removing performance barriers and taking the lead in change management and technical support; Providing training and coaching to all employees on Lean and continuous improvement concepts; Taking any necessary corrective action to maintain process quality; Exigences : Formation universitaire en en ingénierie; Expérience pertinente en gestion de personnel et gestion de projet; Bonne communication orale et écrite; Bonne connaissance des systèmes de qualité (ISO, un atout); Bilinguisme; Certification Lean Sensei ou équivalente, un atout; Ceinture verte LSS, un atout. Requirements: University degree in engineering; Relevant experience in personnel management and project management; Good oral and written communication skills; Good knowledge of quality systems (ISO, an asset); Bilingualism; Lean Sensei certification or equivalent, an asset; LSS Green Belt, an asset.
