What impact you’ll make: As a member of the Power DT Services O&M team, you will be an active contributor to the architecting, building, and product management of core Power applications, systems, and infrastructure supporting the O&M business. The Power O&M team is responsible for supporting, maintaining the operations and health of Power’s managed services at customer power plants. Job Description What you ’ll do       Architect the technical vision and roadmap for DT O&M products and applications; ensure alignment with business goals and emerging technologies.   Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and development through rigorous testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.   Gather and analyze customer feedback, identify opportunities for technical product enhancement.   Define detailed product requirements, and technical specifications, incorporating advanced technical insights and industry best practices.   Ensure product quality and performance through the implementation of automated testing, monitoring tools, and performance metrics.   Integrate  new technologies and solutions into the existing IT ecosystem, ensuring compatibility and minimal disruption.   Troubleshoot complex technical issues, working closely with engineering and support teams to resolve problems promptly.   Document technical specifications, project plans, and post-implementation reviews to maintain a knowledge base for future projects.           What you’ll bring (B asic Q ualification s)     Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology , Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent knowledge or experience.
