The GE Vernova Operations Management Development Program (OMDP) accelerates development of entry-level talent and produces leaders capable of meeting the challenges facing the Supply Chain (inclusive of manufacturing, sourcing, materials, and quality) functions at GE Vernova across the Power segment. 2 év => 4 pozíció (átlagosan 6-6 hónapos rotációk) => 1 program = 1 vezetői pozíció. Job Description What you’ll do: OMDP is a 2-year rotational program consisting of four 6-month rotations that allow members to build interpersonal and functional skills through challenging assignments and world-class training. Training topics include lean, functional expertise (EHS, quality, materials, sourcing, manufacturing engineering, etc.), as well as personal development topics. There are 3 mandatory rotation opportunities every OMDP will complete : Manufacturing Shop Operations Supervisor  (people leader of hourly workforce) Sourcing/Materials Management (procurement, material flow)  Technical – ( quality , lean, manufacturing engineer / process engineer) Amit a programról tudnod kell: Minden rotációban egy-egy supply chain területet érintő izgalmas pozícióban kell helyt állnod Lehetsz vezető/projektvezető a Lean projektekben, termelésben, a beszerzésen vagy a logisztikán, hogy valós problémákat megoldva, kézzelfogható eredményt elérve tanulhass és fejlődhess, és akár 5 évnyi tapasztalatot szerezz a 2 év alatt Határozatlan idejű szerződést fogsz kapni Lesz egy mentorod, aki végigkísér az utadon a 2 év során A program során intenzív tréningek részese lehetsz projektmenedzsment, vezetői ismeretek, a supply chain jelene és jövője és a Lean metodológia témakörében A program befejeztével pedig vezetői pozícióban kamatoztathatod a két év alatt megszerzett tudást és tapasztalatot. What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications): BS or MS in Engineering or Supply Chain.  Supply chain degrees should have hands on manufacturing experience. Unrestricted work authorization to work in Hungary. Desire to stay in Hungary post completion of the OMDP program. Prior work experience - including but not limited to work in a manufacturing setting (internship or associate) No more than 2 years of full-time industry experience Fluent in Hungarian language.  English professional level.
