Job Description Summary En nous rejoignant sur ce poste d' Ingénieur-e Projet Basse Tension, vous ferez partie de l’équipe LV, Control and Automation basée à Villeurbanne, et vous serez rattaché(e) directement au Responsable Ingénierie. Vous rejoindrez une équipe d’ingénieurs très motivée et dynamique, travaillant sur les exigences, la conception, l’intégration, l’installation et la mise en service des systèmes de Contrôle et Protection pour les liaisons HVDC. Ce poste offre une excellente opportunité à des ingénieurs motivés de développer leurs compétences en gestion de projet et leur évolution personnelle au sein d’une organisation de projets internationale délivrant des projets HVDC complexes. Les activités basse tension couvrent, entre autres : - Les schémas unifilaires de protection AC - Les principes de commande électrique HT et d’interverrouillage - Les spécifications techniques (câbles de contrôle, armoires, …) - La conception d’armoires électriques - Les schémas électriques détaillés. ----- As LV Secondary Project Engineer, you will be a part of “LV, Control and Automation” team, reporting directly to the Engineering Manager. You will be a part of a highly motivated and dynamic team of engineers working on the requirements, design, integration, installation, and commissioning Control and Protection Systems for HVDC. The role gives an excellent opportunity to motivated engineers to expand their project management skills and personal development within an international project organisation delivering complex HVDC projects. LV secondary activities covers, among others: - LV secondary activities covers, among others:  - AC Protection Single Line Diagram   - HV electrical control and interlocking principles  - Technical specifications (control cable, cubicles, …)  - Cubicles design  - Detailed electrical schematics. Job Description Rôles et responsabilités : ​ En tant qu’ Ingénieur Projet Basse Tension , vous êtes responsable de la conduite de votre équipe projet, depuis la collecte des exigences   jusqu’à la livraison des équipements au clients. Cela inclut les activités suivantes : Définir et maintenir le périmètre de votre projet sur la base des exigences client, Définir et maintenir le planning détaillé du projet dans Smartsheet, aligné avec le planning P6. Piloter l’équipe afin de livrer conformément au plan d’exécution défini, Définir et maintenir le registre des risques et remonter les risques majeurs à l’équipe projet, Revoir les heures planifiées et le reste-à-faire par rapport aux heures budgétées, Respecter le rythme opérationnel des équipes GE HVDC, Appliquer les pratiques standard de conception, les revues techniques et les lignes directrices du département, S’assurer de la mise en place et du suivi du plan de charge et des ressources, Être responsable des indicateurs de performance de la ponctualité de livraison (On-Time-Delivery) et du « say-do ratio » pour le projet, Émettre des demandes de modification (Change Requests) en cas de dérive budgétaire ou de changement de périmètre. Rapporter, selon le mécanisme de pilotage défini, l’avancement du projet, y compris les réalisations, le statut budgétaire, la revue des risques, le plan de ressources et la vision à court terme (look ahead), Représenter l’équipe basse tension lors des réunions client et/ou auprès des partenaires GE, Effectuer les déplacements nécessaires pour participer aux réunions clients et assister aux essais en présence du client, Partager activement et capitaliser les bonnes pratiques et le retour d’expérience afin d’améliorer l’exécution des projets, Assurer l’interface avec les fournisseurs d’équipements, examiner les conceptions internes et celles produites par les sous-traitants externes, et analyser différentes données, documents et rapports techniques. Contribuer aux activités d’Amélioration Continue du département. Qualifications requises : Diplôme d’ingénieur en électronique / électricité ou domaine connexe Solide expérience en gestion de projet : planification, suivi, reporting Très bonne connaissance des outils et des processus d’ingénierie Connaissances de base en conception basse tension, de préférence dans l' environnement des sous-stations électriques / centrales de production Esprit analytique et critique Excellentes aptitudes à la résolution de problèmes Excellentes compétences en communication Compétences en gestion de conflits Capacité d’influence Esprit Lean et d’Amélioration Continue Disponibilité pour voyager ~10 % du temps. Langues : bon niveau d'anglais requis Qualifications souhaitées : Connaissances de base des systèmes HVDC Expérience dans le développement de schémas et conceptions électriques pour des systèmes de contrôle industriels, de préférence dans l' environnement des sous-stations électriques / centrales de production Langues : français La différence créée l'énergie. This includes the following activit i es:    Define and maintain scope for your project based on customer requirements.   Define and maintain the detailed Project Planning Smartsheet aligned with P6 plan.   Lead the team to deliver as per defined execution plan.   Define and maintain Risk Register and escala t e high risks to project team.   Review planned hours, Cost-To-Completion hours vs Budgeted hours.   Adhere to the GE HVDC operation rhythm.   Follow the departments standard design practices, engineering reviews and guidelines .   Ensure resources plan in place.   Accountability on the On-Time-Delivery and say-do ratio KPIs for the project.   Raise Change Request when required following a budget deviation or a change of scope.   Report as per the defined operating mechanism the project progress, including achievements, budget status, risks review and resource plan, look ahead.    Represent LV Secondary team during the customer meetings and with GE partners.   Travel as needed to attend customer meeting, witness type testing in presence of customer .     Actively share and learn good practices and lesson s learn ed to implement in the project for better project execution.    Interface with equipment supplier and reviewing in-house designs and those produced by external contractors and analyse a variety of engineering data, documents, and reports.   Support department Continuous Improvement activities.   Required Qualifications : Degree in Electronics/Electrical engineering or related field.   Strong experience in project management: planning, tracking, reporting.   Strong knowledge about Engineering Tools & P rocesses   Basic knowledge of LV secondary design , preferably in substation/power plant environment.   Strong analytical & critical thinking mindset   Strong problem-solving skills.   Strong communication skills   Conflict management skills   Influencing skills   Lean and Continuous Improvement mindset   Availability to travel ~10% of time   Languages: English is required         Desired Qualifications : Basic knowledge of H VDC systems    Experience in developing electrical designs for industrial control systems preferably in substation/power plant environment.   Languages: French   Additional Information Relocation Assistance Provided: No
