Job Description Summary Job Description Job Description Le/la Adjoint(e) Gestionnaire de chantier, qui relève du Gestionnaire de chantier, supporteras l'exécution sur site des projets de turbines hydrauliques et alternateurs. Responsabilités Développement et respect du plan d'arrêt de sécurité OneGE Gestion de la portée en planifiant, organisant et supervisant l'équipe de terrain Interagir étroitement avec le planificateur de projet dans le développement et la maintenance des calendriers chargés en ressources Gérer les coûts encourus et prévus Travailler avec une équipe de projet multifonctionnelle et comprendre tous les éléments livrables qui pourraient affecter l'exécution sur le terrain Préparer le site du projet avant la mobilisation de l'équipe sur le terrain (c'est-à-dire l'infrastructure, l'outillage, etc.) Participer activement aux processus de conception, au développement de nouvelles leçons apprises et au processus de retour d'expérience Gérer la documentation du site (qualité, EHS, rapports quotidiens, comptabilisation du temps, rapports de dépenses, etc.) Participer activement à la définition des exigences en matière d'outillage spécial avec l'équipe Méthodes et Outillage spécial Promouvoir les possibilités d'amélioration des marges, les initiatives d'optimisation des coûts et les possibilités d'extension du champ d'application Contribuer au programme de formation, selon les besoins Voyager environ 70 à 100 % du temps, selon les besoins. Qualifications Diplôme universitaire (B.A.Sc. ou M.A.SC.) dans un domaine technique ou de gestion (ou expérience équivalente) Expérience en gestion de chantier Expérience dans le domaine de la production d'électricité Expérience du contrôle des coûts Expérience des concepts techniques (y compris les machines hydroélectriques, les turbines, les alternateurs, etc ;) Excellentes compétences en matière de leadership ; English: The Deputy Site Manager, reporting to the Site Manager, will support the on-site execution of hydro turbine and generator projects. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, EHS planning, execution strategy, scheduling, cost tracking, and site resource planning. In this role, you will work within defined parameters to make decisions, apply concepts to problems of varying complexity, and resolve issues through immediate action and/or short-term planning. Responsibilities Development and adherence to the OneGE Safety Shutdown Plan Scope management by planning, organizing, and supervising the field team Interact closely with the project planner in the development and maintenance of resource-intensive schedules Manage incurred and projected costs Work with a multifunctional project team and understand all deliverables that could affect field execution Prepare the project site prior to field team mobilization (i.e., infrastructure, tooling, etc.) Actively participate in the design processes, the development of new lessons learned, and the feedback process Manage site documentation (quality, EHS, daily reports, timekeeping, expense reports, etc.) Actively participate in defining special tooling requirements with the Methods and Special Tooling team Promote margin improvement opportunities, cost optimization initiatives, and expansion opportunities Scope of application Contribute to the training program, as needed Travel approximately 70-100% of the time, as needed.
