Job Description Summary Job Description Sujet de stage : Calcul embarqué des pertes IGBT d’un onduleur moyenne tension Dans le cadre de nos travaux sur les convertisseurs de puissance, nous proposons un stage portant sur la mise en place d’un calcul embarqué des pertes dans les composants de puissance (IGBT/Diodes) d’un onduleur moyenne tension. L’objectif est de développer, sur FPGA, un algorithme permettant d’estimer en temps réel les pertes de commutation et de conduction des composants d’une cellule de commutation. Pour cela, le FPGA exploitera les données suivantes : • Mesure du courant de sortie de la cellule, • Tension du bus continu, • Ordres de commande des transistors. À partir de ces informations, il s’agira de : • Évaluer les énergies de commutation (Ecommutation = f(U,I)) en fonction des instants de commutation, des niveaux de courant/tension et du signe du courant, • Échantillonner les énergies de conduction (Econduction = f(I)) dans chaque composant, • Regrouper ces calculs pour fournir une estimation en temps réel des puissances dissipées dans les composants, permettant ainsi de représenter dynamiquement les pertes et leur impact sur le système de refroidissement. Compétences et connaissances souhaitées : • Bases en électronique de puissance : fonctionnement d’une cellule de commutation transistor/diode. • Principes de commande des cellules de commutation, • Connaissance des FPGA et des circuits logiques programmables, • Gestion des horloges internes au FPGA et synchronisation de signaux asynchrones, • Programmation/implantation d’algorithmes dans un FPGA avec optimisation des ressources (cellules, mémoire) et gestion de la précision (calcul en virgule fixe ou entière).
