Job Description Summary Pour Power Conversion Storage, le compensateur synchrone représente une technologie de différenciation clé et un axe stratégique majeur, notamment en Europe où les gestionnaires de réseaux de transport d'électricité ont des objectifs très ambitieux en matière d'énergies renouvelables. Dans ce contexte, Power Conversion Storage Solutions participe à des projets de déploiement de nouveaux compensateurs synchrones sur les réseaux afin de stabiliser les réseaux nationaux. Job Description Nous recherchons un Directeur de l'Ingénierie de Projet (H/F) qui supervisera la coordination technique et la gestion des aspects techniques de l'ensemble du programme de compensateurs synchrones. Vous serez l'interlocuteur privilégié du client sur les questions techniques et serez responsable de l'élaboration des meilleures solutions possibles avec les membres de l'équipe projet concernant les aspects techniques. Vos missions : Gestion de projet • Périmètre des travaux et calendrier • Responsable de la consolidation de la liste des plans provisoires, de leurs dates de soumission et du calendrier global des activités d'ingénierie. • Suivi régulier des activités critiques par les Responsables de l'Ingénierie de Projet (PEM) des différentes disciplines. • Accompagner les PEM des lots de travaux dans l'anticipation et la résolution des problèmes de livraison. • Coordonner avec les PEM des différentes disciplines les délais de livraison des interfaces techniques et vérifier la mise en place et le respect des procédures d'échange d'informations. • Remettre en question le calendrier global des activités d'ingénierie Budget et ressources • Aider les responsables de projet à obtenir les ressources nécessaires. • Assurer le suivi mensuel du budget, identifier les économies potentielles et les écarts grâce à la feuille de modifications. • Veiller à ce que les imputations soient correctement affectées par l'organigramme des tâches (WBS) afin de garantir un retour sur investissement optimal. Relation client • Responsable, auprès du client, de l'exécution technique du projet. • Garant du respect des exigences techniques du client : analyse clause par clause • En collaboration avec tous les responsables PEM, garantir la cohérence des réponses aux clients et vérifier l'impact croisé des commentaires. • Gérer les réunions techniques clients Profil • Minimum 15 ans d'expérience en ingénierie dans un environnement EPC (ingénierie, approvisionnement et construction) au sein des secteurs de la Transmission ou distribution d'énergie, de la production d'énergie ou des hydrocarbures, dans un environnement international. • Maîtrise de processus d'ingénierie et de la conception électrique de projets de transport d'énergie. • Expérience réussie en gestion technique de projets d'envergure présentant des interfaces complexes. • Mobilité internationale • Anglais courant impératif • L'arabe littéraire est un plus ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Power Conversion solutions is looking for a Project Engineering Director who will oversee the technical coordination and management of technical topics of the entire scope of such Synchronous Condenser program. You will be the contact point to the Customer on technical matters and responsible to lead the elaboration of the best possible solutions with project members regarding technical aspects. Missions: Project management • Scope of work & time schedule • Accountable for consolidation of provisional drawing list issue with submission dates and global time schedule of engineering activities. • Ensure that the follow up of critical activities is done in a regular base by discipline PEM’s (‘Project Engineering Managers’) • Time delivery mastering • Support work-package PEM’s to anticipate and mitigate delivery issues • coordinate with discipline PEM’s delivery time of technical interfaces check that information exchange interface sheets are in place and followed. • Challenge the global time schedule for engineering activities in close collaboration with PEM’s and the planner • Ensure technical disciplines are Coordinated in terms of interfaces, synchronization Budget and Resources • Support Package PEM’s to get required resources • Responsible for the project engineering budget, he/she manages monthly follow-up of the budget, identify potential savings and deviations through the modifications sheet. He/she makes sure that the imputations are properly allocated by WBS to ensure a consistent Return on Experience. Customer relationship • Responsible in front of the customer of the engineering execution of the project. He is the preferred contact of the customer management for all topics related to the engineering. • Accountable for the respect of customer technical requirements, he/she organizes the clause-by-clause analysis and coordinate the certification activities when required • Ensure with PEM’s compliance to customer requirements through technical queries, track, manage potential exceptions. • Together with all PEM’s ensure that answers to customer are consistent and check cross impact of comment • Manage customer technical meetings (including validation meeting, clarifications, design liaison meetings) Profil: • 15+ years of Engineering activities in EPC type environment in T&D, Power Gen or Oil&Gas industry • Mastering of some of the engineering processes & electrical designs of transmission projects. • Successful experience in project technical management on large scale project with complex interfaces. • International mobility • Fluent English mandatory • Literary Arabic is a plus Additional Information Relocation Assistance Provided: No
