Job Description Summary Le/la technicien/ne de contrôle effectue, à partir d’un dossier technique (plans, fiches de relevés dimensionnels, nomenclatures, instructions et procédures …), les contrôles qualité nécessaires pour assurer la conformité des pièces de modèle réduit ou d’une partie de celui-ci. Ces contrôles peuvent être de nature quantitatives ou qualitatives, et en particulier dimensionnelles. Job Description Missions principales: Réceptionner les pièces et vérifier leur conformité qualité , Réaliser des activités de logistiques (livraisons, mises à disposition, stockage) si le logisticien n’est pas disponible, Assurer la conformité des moyens de contrôle (instruments de mesure et de contrôle) dont il a la charge et la validité de la méthode de contrôle, Réaliser les contrôles dimensionnels et géométriques des composants du modèle et renseigner les dossiers de contrôle contractuels, Participer au traitement des non-conformités qui auront été détectées lors des contrôles, Reporter les besoins en instruments et consommables afin de les anticiper, Contrôler quotidiennement et maintenir dans un bon état de fonctionnement, les instruments de contrôle tout en assurant la traçabilité et la conformité (contrôles et maintenance périodiques), Respecter les standards EHS de l’entreprise et spécifiques au Service (analyses de risques, 5S, levage,... Réaliser ou faire réaliser la maintenance de certains instruments de mesure du Service – hors métrologie dimensionnelle en suivant les périodes de validité.   Additional Information Relocation Assistance Provided: No
