Job Description Summary Job Description Organisation du poste de travail et entretien de l’environnement de travail Organiser son poste de travail Manipuler les pièces à l’aide du pont roulant Appliquer et maintenir les standards 5S sur son poste de travail Effectuer la maintenance niveau 1 des installations  Préparation de l’outillage et réalisation des opérations d’empilage,, selon les dossiers de fabrication et modes opératoires associés Etudier la gamme de travail et le dossier de fabrication afin de choisir l’outillage nécessaire. Réaliser la mise en place des outillages Réaliser en autonomie l’empilage conformément au process indiqué et la gamme de travail Vérifier la perpendicularité et l’équerrage Réaliser les pressages des tôles sous presse en respectant la gamme de travail Utiliser les étuves Préparer les opérations de frettage avec les outillages adaptés Préparer les pièces aux opérations d’assemblage (soudage ou brasage) Participer aux opérations de frettage à l’aide du pont roulant Documentation qualité et amélioration continue  Renseigner la documentation qualité et d’auto contrôle Contrôler les côtes et ajuster, et rectifier si nécessaire en adéquation avec les tolérances imposées Signaler les anomalies 3.
