Job Description Summary Responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards, managing documentation control, and supporting project planning activities. This role bridges quality assurance, documentation management, and scheduling to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with internal and external requirements. Job Description What you will do: Monitor and follow up on quality issues, non-conformities, and corrective actions. Ensure project compliance with company, customer, and ISO quality standards. Participate in quality audits and support preparation of inspection and test reports. Track supplier and subcontractor quality performance and follow up on actions. Manage document control for drawings, procedures, and technical records. Ensure documents are reviewed, approved, distributed, and archived correctly. Maintain accurate document registers and enforce document control procedures. Support project teams with preparing and submitting project documentation. Assist in developing and updating project schedules with project managers. Track project milestones, deliverables, and critical dependencies. Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely task completion. Prepare progress and status reports for management and clients. Maintain organized documentation and ensure traceability of all records. Use planning tools and MS Office to support project reporting and updates. Communicate clearly with project teams, suppliers, and stakeholders. What will you bring: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field). 2–5 years of experience in quality, documentation control and planning (preferably in engineering, EPC, or manufacturing environment). Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001 or similar). Familiarity with project planning tools (Primavera P6 / MS Project). Strong organizational and documentation skills. Good communication and reporting skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Fluency in Arabic, English and French. What will make you stand out: Experience in EPC, construction, oil & gas, manufacturing, or engineering project environments. Hands‑on experience with NCR management, root‑cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action systems. Familiarity with ISO 9001 audits and quality documentation processes.
