Job Description Summary Job Description 岗位职责： 1.负责工厂工业工程项目的管理, 落地项目目标与交付标准； 2.全厂生产布局的优化，原有产线的自动化和智能化升级，新产线的规划和设计； 3.推动自动化\智能化新装备和先进制造工艺的试点验证与落地开发，赋能生产提效；； 4.持续推进全厂精益生产和智能制造应用； 5.完善数据分析与决策支持，推动MES/ERP系统应用，实现生产数据可视化； 6.统筹精益改善与数字化工厂建设，提升工厂竞争力； 7.标准作业指导开发和持续完善； 8. 负责 IE 团队的搭建、管理与能力提升，制定团队培训计划，培养核心技术与管理人才； 岗位要求： 1.工业工程，机械工程，自动化等相关专业本科及以上学历； 2. 8年以上机械制造行业IE经验，其中至少3年以上管理经验；有采矿、能源、大型工程机械制造业背景优先； 3.熟悉机械制造工艺过程，有智能工厂或自动化生产线规划经验； 4.精通精益生产，熟练应用JIT、VSM、3P、5S、SOP、产线平衡等精益工具；掌握工业工程工具（AUTOCAD\FlexSim等）和常用数据分析软件，了解MES/ERP系统； 5.有创新意识，数据分析能力强，能独立推动专项改善，具备良好的项目管理能力； 6. 逻辑清晰，出色的沟通能力，具备团队领导和协作精神； 7. 英语能作为工作语言； Additional Information Relocation Assistance Provided: No
