Job Description Summary Purpose: Reporting to PT S&OP (Power Transmission Sales & Operations planning) and planning leader, the lead industrial planning and scheduling initiative specialist is responsible for leading Initiatives & projects to improve PT (Power Transmission) plant planning process and accuracy. He/she will operationally support the PT plants in improving their planning practices and tools and contribute to drive planning processes, on-time delivery, hours and output optimization to ensure customer satisfaction and optimal cost recovery. --- Rattaché au responsable PT S&OP et au responsable de la planification, le/la  Responsable Projets planification et d'ordonnancement industriel est chargé de diriger les initiatives et les projets visant à améliorer le processus de planification des usines PT (Power Transmission) et son exactitude. Il/elle apportera un soutien opérationnel aux usines PT pour améliorer leurs pratiques et outils de planification et contribuera à optimiser les processus de planification, la livraison à temps, les heures et la production afin d'assurer la satisfaction du client et une couverture des coûts optimale Job Description Key Responsibilities: Planning process excellence, standardization and continuous improvement Benchmark and implement best practices by researching planning methodologies across industries, businesses, and plants to identify optimization opportunities Develop and standardize planning processes by creating comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and driving consistent adoption across all PT facilities Enhance MPS/MRP effectiveness by partnering with plants to improve plan adherence, forecast accuracy, and capacity optimization Optimize SAP utilization by identifying gaps in current planning tool usage and recommending enhancements or complementary digital solutions Digital transformation Design and deploy digital planning tools that streamline scheduling processes and ensure consistency across the organization Advance analytics capabilities by collaborating with teams to develop SAP-based tracking solutions that automate hours and output reporting, reducing manual effort Explore emerging technologies by evaluating AI applications for planning, scheduling, and materials management Facilitate training and change-management activities to support successful rollout and sustainability of new processes and tools Required Skills & Experience: Good knowledge of SAP ERP in general and of planning/scheduling functionalities (MM, PP) in particular is a must Project management capabilities Team player and change agent with strong credibility at all levels of the organization Digital/technical aptitude Lean mindset & continuous improvement attitude Facilitate training and change-management activities to support successful rollout and sustainability of new processes and tools Strong communication and change management skills, including the ability to convey technical topics in simple operational terms and to create insightful presentations tailored to diverse audiences, including leadership; proficiency in English and local language as required. Preferred Background. Master’s degree in engineering, PM, Supply chain management, business from an accredited university or college or alternatively a solid experience in the field Significant experience in industrial supply chain or sourcing CPIM certification is a plus ------------------------------ FR version   Responsabilités essentielles : Excellence, standardisation et amélioration continue des processus de planification Étudier et mettre en œuvre les meilleures pratiques en recherchant des méthodologies de planification dans divers secteurs, entreprises et usines pour identifier les opportunités d'optimisation Développer et standardiser les processus de planification en créant des procédures opérationnelles standard (POS) complètes et en favorisant une adoption cohérente dans toutes les installations PT Améliorer l'efficacité du MPS/MRP en collaborant avec les usines pour améliorer l'adhésion au plan, la précision des prévisions et l'optimisation de la capacité Optimiser l'utilisation de SAP en identifiant les lacunes dans l'utilisation actuelle des outils de planification et en recommandant des améliorations ou des solutions numériques complémentaires Transformation numérique Concevoir et déployer des outils de planification numériques qui rationalisent les processus de planification et assurent la cohérence au sein de l'organisation   Faire progresser les capacités analytiques en collaborant avec les équipes pour développer des solutions de suivi basées sur SAP qui automatisent les rapports d'heures et de production, réduisant ainsi l'effort manuel Explorer les technologies émergentes en évaluant les applications d'IA pour la planification, l'ordonnancement et la gestion des matériaux Faciliter les activités de formation et de gestion du changement pour soutenir le déploiement et la durabilité réussis des nouveaux processus et outils Compétences et expérience requises : Bonne connaissance de SAP ERP en général et des fonctionnalités de planification/ordonnancement (MM, PP) en particulier est indispensable Capacités de gestion de projet Esprit d'équipe et agent de changement avec une forte crédibilité à tous les niveaux de l'organisation Aptitude numérique/technique Mentalité Lean et attitude d'amélioration continue Faciliter les activités de formation et de gestion du changement pour soutenir le déploiement et la durabilité réussis des nouveaux processus et outils Solides compétences en communication et en gestion du changement, y compris la capacité à transmettre des sujets techniques en termes opérationnels simples et à créer des présentations perspicaces adaptées à des publics divers, y compris la direction ; maîtrise de l'anglais et de la langue locale selon les besoins.
