The Power Transmission business line in Oberentfelden focuses on delivering innovative products and solutions aimed at efficiently transferring electrical energy across various distances and applications. This business line typically offers a range of products, such as transformers, switchgear, power cables, and related technologies that are essential for maintaining the integrity and reliability of electrical grids. Our site in Oberentfelden is a center of excellence for the development, production, and service of metal-encapsulated, gas-insulated high-voltage switchgear, their components & drives. Your Mission: You will prepare the tools for the customer site works; maintenance, inspections, calibration, repairs, etc. Your main stakeholder and customer will be our GE team supervisors. Main Responsibilities: Providing tools, testing equipment, and storage materials for assembly or customer orders. Planning and tracking tool requirements using PC and Office applications. Timely tracking and documentation of tool locations at customer construction sites worldwide. Inventorying and inspecting tool equipment. Maintenance of gas service equipment, machinery, testing equipment, and facilities. Testing instruments and equipment according to regulations. Designing assembly setups as needed, assembling small orders. Returning Sf6 gas cylinders from construction sites: quality control, weighing, and recovery of Sf6.
