Job Description Summary Au sein de l’entité Wind Onshore de GE Vernova dédiée à la maintenance des éoliennes, nous recherchons actuellement un(e) Technicien(ne) de Maintenance. Vous évoluez au sein de l’entité Services composée d’une équipe de 6/8 personnes et reportez au Responsable de zone. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance on wind turbines: check bolt torques, lubricate moving parts, replace air and oil filters, perform cleaning, check oil level and coolant level, calibrate inductive turbine sensors Perform corrective maintenance of wind turbines: replace electronic boards, electric motors, reducers, inductive sensors, temperature sensors, capacitors, diodes, sources, couplings, encoders, adjust inductive sensors, calibrate pitch system Perform internal and external inspection on the wind turbine components Ensure customer satisfaction with maintenance solutions, according to the metrics of service, terms, performance and quality defined by the area Review the effectiveness of maintenance actions to identify training needs Acting according to standardization of processes, tools and procedures related to maintenance, contributing to their improvement Follow the guidelines and comply with the internal procedures of the clients, according to the designated location, participating in any training to carry out the activities Responsible for the correct use, conservation, maintenance and optimization of the company's assets, as well as ensuring the cleaning and organization of the work area Comply with the integrity and compliance guidelines as well as the company's EHS standards and procedures Climbing and descending with some frequency the wind turbines (metallic or concrete structures): all works in the wind turbines are executed at the level of the ground and to, at least, 80 meters of height Vos missions seront : • Réaliser des opérations de maintenance préventive et corrective : - en préparant et organisant les interventions ; - en réalisant le contrôle des interventions programmées dans le respect des modes opératoires définis ; - en suivant les procédures, les modes opératoires de contrôle, visites, inspections sur l’éolienne en intégrant la sécurité ; - en identifiant et diagnostiquant des dysfonctionnements ou des pannes et en définissant des actions correctives. • Assurer la gestion des stocks : - en faisant l’inventaire des pièces de rechange et de l’outillage ; - en définissant et anticipant les besoins en pièces de rechange et outillage ; - en faisant l’inventaire des véhicules et le suivi kilométrique. • Capitaliser l’information, communiquer avec les autres techniciens et proposer des améliorations : - en renseignant, en mettant à jour les documents en liaison avec les supports techniques ; - en rendant compte à la hiérarchie des interventions ; - en faisant des propositions d’amélioration de l’outil de travail ; - en encadrant les sous-traitants. En toute circonstance, il convient de respecter et appliquer les consignes de Sécurité, Hygiène et Environnement en vigueur dans l’entreprise. Profil : Vous êtes titulaire d’un BTS/DUT/Licence en maintenance industrielle, électrotechnique ou expérience/connaissances équivalentes et avez une première expérience dans ce domaine. • Vous aimez le travail en équipe et vous acceptez le travail en hauteur • La formation BZEE/GWO est un atout. • Etre titulaire d’un brevet de secourisme est un plus. • Vous avez une capacité à travailler de manière autonome en suivant de hauts standards professionnels et de qualité. • Vous faites preuve d’initiative et motivation.
