Job Description Summary Job Description Dans le cadre de la création d’un nouveau poste au sein de notre département Services, n ous recherchons un Ingénieur industrialisation support technique (H/F). Vous interviendrez en support technique auprès de nos clients pour la résolution de problématiques liées à nos moteurs électriques, aussi bien en phase d’exploitation qu’en maintenance. Vous évoluerez dans un environnement international, au contact de clients répartis dans le monde entier, et intégrerez une équipe pluridisciplinaire composée notamment d’ingénieurs en industrialisation. Responsabilités Vous définissez des procédures techniques pour nos clients et nos intervenants services. Vous concevez et développez des outillages spécifiques prenant en compte les contraintes du site client (environnement EHS, accessibilité, moyens de levage, etc.). Vous supportez également la fabrication de ces outillages, réalisez le contrôle réception et assurez leur disponibilité sur site clients. Vous mettez en place un système de retour d'expériences pour identifier les points d’amélioration. Vous conseillez et apportez une assistance technique aux intervenants services afin de résoudre des problèmes. Vous transmettez les bonnes pratiques en matière maintenance dès la phase de conception. Profil Minimum Bac+5 Ingénieur en mécanique Au moins 3 ans d'expérience en environnement industriel (profil débutant accepté avec bonne maîtrise des assemblages mécaniques) Maîtrise d’un logiciel de CAO (CREO 4 apprécié) Solides connaissances en mécanique pour la conception d’outillages (appareils et accessoires de levage, etc.) Anglais courant Mobilité internationale (déplacements clients 1 à 2 semaines par trimestre) Un bon relationnel, de la rigueur, de la réactivité et le sens du service vous permettrons également de mener à bien vos missions Vous bénéficierez d’une période d’intégration lors de votre prise de fonction.
